Prosumer and handover dossiers, under your company name

The first 2 dossiers are free, as a real test, no card required. After that, 149 lei/dossier — final price, the company is not VAT-registered, with an invoice.

You usually receive the verified dossier the same working day, and at the latest within one working day of receiving complete data (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Serial numbers are read from your photos; anything that can't be read isn't guessed — we ask you for a new photo. You only sign what you've checked.

Since October 2026 we also prepare the dossier for the distribution operator (prosumer dossier): the notification/application on the operator's official form, the installer's declaration, the acceptance minutes, the test bulletins, the serial-number inventory and the single-line diagram. 299 lei/dossier, or 399 lei together with the handover dossier. Measurements, signatures of certified persons and filing stay with your company — we prepare the documents and hand them over ready to sign.

Your company is the controller, we are the processor (Art. 28 GDPR). We process the data only to generate the dossier, as set out in the signed agreement.

If a document we generated has a mistake, we fix it free of charge. If we cannot fix it or we are late, we refund you, as set out in the Refund Policy.

Send us the reply from the operator and we redo the documents free of charge, usually the same working day. The 3-working-day term for the connection certificate runs from the date the commissioning report is filed (art. 29(1) of ANRE Order 19/2022), so how fast we correct matters.

Art. 41 of ANRE Order 19/2022 forbids the operator from requesting documents other than those in the procedure. If you receive such a request you can contest it citing art. 41; send it to us and we check whether anything in the dossier is genuinely missing.
